Job Overview

The successful candidate will:

  1. Establish plans and strategies to increase existing customer sales and expand the customer base;
  2. Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly;
  3. Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction by interfacing with dealers, channels and others to ensure a seamless experience;
  4. Deliver sales presentations to key clients, attend exhibitions, annual meetings and other marketing activities to promote the company;
  5. Meet with key clients, maintaining relationships, negotiating and closing deals;
  6. Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion;
  7. Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of the competition;
  8. Identify and maintain areas of excellence to set SNBC above our competitors;
  9. Maintain competitive pricing, quality and service against major competitors;
  10. Coordinate sales activities with distribution/warehouse operations.

The successful candidate will have:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience;
  2. +5 years relevant sales experience related to Auto-ID products (Label printer, Barcode scanners POS printer, and etc.), banking products, logistics products(parcel locker) and Auto-Vending machine products;
  3. Self-starter, with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment, be able to handle multiple functions at the same time and maintain excellent organizational skills; Solid decision making and Negotiation skills;
  4. Ability to travel 50% -80% of the time;
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office software and well-developed presentation skills;
  6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  7. Fluent in English. French or German is a plus.
